does anyone else remember this show? well let me tell you that i sure do. they show old reruns here in az and i'm falling in love with it all over again. i dont know why it ever went off the air. its simply a classic. a thought-provoking insight into human culture amidst the turbulances and topsy-turvyness of the the decade that we all know as the 70's. i can remember vividly back in 85 when i first started watching this show. i thought to myself "wow, what a great self portrait this is of my own family." (minus the fact that they only have 3 kids to our 8). anyways, so i hope you all can find it somewhere amongst your 487 channels that is your television entertainment to watch it, or if not, at least think back to when you have watched and remember the sheer drama and joy that is this "wonderful" program.
my favorite part is still the narrator. hearing kevin's thoughts out loud always cracks me up. (ps, hey spencer, did you see that wayne stole your shorts in the top picture there? "hey butthead, the 70's called and they want their wardrobe back!") hahaha
and i dont know when darek ever made an appearance on it, but here he is with his girlfriend! (he's come a long way amberli)
